The time between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice is a time to prepare for the coming darkness of Winter and connect to our ancestors and those who have passed on. In this workshop we will use guided intuitive movement, song, and ritual practices to honor this time of year when the veil between our world and the next is thinnest. These practices will support us in collectively honoring this period of seasonal and energetic transition and bringing deeper awareness to our relationship to the natural world and spirit realms.
About the Event
This workshop will take place in the comfort of a warm, well-lit yurt on the Sacred Dwelling property. There is a wood chip path that leads from the parking area to the yurt (about 2-3 min. walk). We will begin with hellos, a tea ceremony and altar building. West will guide participants through somatic movement practices…
