Description: Come out for a day long yoga retreat to practice harmonizing the frequency of sky and earth in your body. We will spend the day outside at Sacred Dwelling under an expansive Marquees stretch surrounded by the nourishment of nature. We will start with a 2hr yoga session, including meditation, chanting and a strong physical practice. Afterwards we’ll have a community potluck style lunch, followed by an afternoon of singing, dancing and partner exercises to more deeply balance these two energies in our bodies.
