Thai Massage, sometimes called Thai Yoga Massage, is a practice rooted in Buddhist philosophy. It is practiced widely through Thailand, India, and South Asia as one part of the 5 Thai Sciences that make up Thai Medicine.  During a Thai Massage session, the giver and receiver engage in a dance of movements including compressions, tractions, twists, and yoga style postures on a mat low to the floor.  The practitioner uses full body to give the treatment, feet, arms, knees, full body weight is applied.
