When the clock strikes midnight, we hoop and hollah for bringing in the NEW! There is a known silent permission to begin again somehow. Embracing the New Year is an opportunity to start fresh. It's a time of releasing what doesn't work for us anymore and uplifting our visions of what we would like to welcome and cultivate in our lives. This process does not happen overnight, however there is a true magical spark within us that feels inspired 'to change and be changed.' How can we tend to this spark all year long and follow through?
