Sound Serenity Yoga with Savannah Powers and Terra Lea

Join us in the yurt nestled in the woods at Sacred Dwelling. You will be nourished by nature's embrace and touched by healing acoustic vibrations in 'the round'. Doors open at 10 AM. Feel free to come in for a cup of tea and commune with others while enjoying the warmth from the wood fired stove. 

Terra Lea, Master Yogi and Energy Healer,  will offer a 45 minute restorative slow flow yin yoga practice. No experience is needed. The invitation of ease and peace will accompany this practice with breathwork, acupressure self massage, simple movement, and rest to release tension and pain. Enjoy the light vibrations of singing bowls as you move through your practice.

Restorative flow will be followed by a 30 minute extended Savasana Sound Bath with Savannah from Ethereal Sound and Wellness. Embrace the sound vibrations as they restore and regulate your nervous system using gongs, chimes, and singing bowls. We will end our time together with a grounding forest walk.

What to bring:

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, whatever is comforting to fully rest and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.

BIO for Savannah Powers:

Savannah is a lover of sound therapy, plant medicine, meditation & mindfulness practices. She is a 200hr Certified Sound Healing Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute and has completed two 10-month herbal medicine/ ethnobotany apprenticeships through Trillium Medicine and Raven's Roots Naturalist School. She owns & operates Ethereal Sound and Wellness, selling wild-harvested & handmade herbal products in addition to providing sound therapy workshops & private sessions for clients in Washington state. Her approach is relaxation based and she serves clients in need of self-care, who want to connect with their higher self and become empowered to move forward into the lives they want to live.
