Sound Bath with Adam & Monica

We will be outdoors, under the big tent, with Adam and Monica. This authentic sound bath experience culminates an opening yoga nidra session and moves into an experience of sound designed to reduce stress and boost your mood. Adam and Monica will be immersing you in the sounds of Crystal and Tibetan bowls along with other instruments to create an opportunity for restoration and overall well-being.

The event venue takes place on five acres with plenty of space and fresh air. There will be a marquees tent over our heads to create a sacred space rain or shine. The environment will be COVID compliant and prepared for your safety and the well-being of all.
