Soul Shack Sunday with Sacred Vibrations: 'Crystal Blue Persuasion'

Are you feeling the need to get some chi flowing as the ‘crystal blue persuasion’ of winter sets in with shorter days? Join us for a soulful exploration, in the cozy yurt nestled in the woods, for a Sunday session of free-form movement that flows into a sound bath journey. 

There will be an hour and a half of Ecstatic dance, which will move toward the floor for a forty-five-minute restorative sound bath with:  Giant tuning forks, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, 30" Gong, Medicine Drums, Shakers, and meditative soundscapes of Metaphysical’s (a.k.a. Ben Towers) creation.
