Soul Shack Summer: Ecstatic Dance and Sonic Journey with Sacred Vibrations

Summer is finally here and Sacred Vibrations is stoking the fires of vibration and resonance, we are elated to share this container of healing with YOU beautiful and loving souls!!  Come and join us for this outdoor event immersed in the nourishment of nature, fresh air, and the natural setting at Sacred Dwelling. 

I have something really special to share with you:)  This offering has been steeped in the loving sensual energy for months, and I'm ready to get down and shake it under the beautiful spacious marquees tent!  This is your space to be you, fully and honestly.

We will begin in an opening circle together. It will be an opportunity for the group to meet each other, set intentions, and deepen our group connection. We will set the groundwork for the offering.

The first offering is an hour long  free-form movement/dance. In this hour, we will travel through music from all-over the world! My intention is to open and hold a safe container for you to be free in your self-expression and move your body without judgment. This is an opportunity to move and express freely without judgement for yourself and others.

The second offering is a unique sound bath experience. It's geared toward opening our hearts and minds to release blockages and to realign our physical/energetic bio-fields. In this sacred space we can open doorways into our beings to heal with the power of this vibrational medicine. You will experience many beautiful and uplifting sounds and sound scapes of my creation, accompanied by indigenous analog healing instruments; 30’ Wind Gong, Giant Earth Tuned Tuning Forks, Chimes, Tibetan Alchemy metal bowls, Quartz Crystal bowls keyed in 432Hz (Earth Frequency), Shakers, Rain Stick, Didgeridoo Ocean Drum, and Medicine Drums.

All are welcome! Please come and get your groove on~ whatever that looks like. Uplift yourself and then feel the calming affects of healing vibrations to restore and to revive your inner-self.

Ben’s Bio:  I was raised in the beautiful PNW. My love and passion is deeply connected with vibrational arts, therapy sound, alchemical creations, producing music with-out borders, and a conduit of all global musical genres. For the better part of two decades, I have traveled all around the west coast playing and attending festivals, intimate venues, gatherings, clubs, ect. In all these settings, I have seen and felt the power of vibrational medicine.  It has been my desire to bring these Indigenous analog instruments and digital technology into the same space, to dance in harmony, and create a universal container for healing.

This last year has been amazing! The universel power of manifestation has brought me powerful and captivating instruments, from all over the world, and I'm really excited to share these calming, tranquil, and healing sounds with you!

I want to share with you what my Sonic Healing experience has looked and felt like as a Sound Healing Practitioner.  I have always felt a heavy pull and deep connection with the power of music, frequency and vibration. In my early 20's, I fell in love with the artform of mixing music on vinyl turntables. Twenty years later, I find myself composing and producing my own lush and beautiful pieces of art inspired by the universe of possibilities. Last summer I felt compelled to open my Sound/Vibrational Healing company, Sacred Vibrations LLC. My intention with this business venture is to share the sonic healing frequencies that have transformed my quality of life and wellbeing within my community.

When I found this sacred sonic healing space, it had a huge impact on my physical, mental and spiritual journey. When I'm connected in this space of vibrational medicine, I can feel the bits of anxiousness melt away, I feel balanced, grounded, rejuvenated, realigned, calm, and relaxed.  Frequencies and Sound have been used for thousands of years by our ancient ancestors.  It reacts with our physical body down to the cellular level and realigns our energetic bio-fields.
