Are you ready to further release into Fall and get your groove on? Do you want to stretch your inner landscape through free-form movement and a sound bath journey to restore and to relax? DJ Metaphysical will be offering 'sacred vibrations' to support your alignment in body, mind, and soul.

About the Event
Are you ready to further release into Autumn’s embrace and get your groove on? Do you want to stretch your inner landscape through free-form movement and a sound bath journey to restore and relax? Join Sacred Vibrations in the yurt in the woods for “Autumn Release” as we transition further into darkness and approach the New Moon. It’s Harvest time!
There will be an hour and half of Ecstatic dance, which will move toward the floor for a forty-five-minute restorative sound bath with: Giant tuning forks, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, 30" Gong, Medicine Drums, Shakers, and meditative soundscapes of DJ Metaphysical’s (a.k.a. Ben Towers) creation. There will be Reiki offered (optional) to you as you relax and restore by Amaris Carraway, a lovely experienced Reiki master.
Costumes are highly encouraged but not a requirement! It's an opportunity to be playful :)
