Sacred Vibrations presents "Autumn Release"

Are you ready to further release into Autumn’s embrace and get your groove on? Do you want to stretch your inner landscape through free-form movement and a sound bath journey to restore and relax? Join Sacred Vibrations in the yurt in the woods for “Autumn Release” as we transition further into darkness and approach the New Moon. It’s Harvest time!

There will be an hour and half of Ecstatic dance, which will move toward the floor for a forty-five-minute restorative sound bath with:  Giant tuning forks, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, 30" Gong, Medicine Drums, Shakers, and meditative soundscapes of DJ Metaphysical’s (a.k.a. Ben Towers) creation. There will be Reiki offered (optional) to you as you relax and restore by Amaris Carraway, a lovely experienced Reiki master.

Costumes are highly encouraged but not a requirement!  It's an opportunity to be playful :)

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance has evolved from the conscious dance movement meditations, yoga & somatic therapies on the West coast of the United States and Hawaii. It flowered as a free-form dance playground where participants could gather to dance to their favorite music without the need of following the instructions of a leader. In Ecstatic Dance the music is the leader and participants are free to weave their way through the different soundscapes.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, not structured dance space: In its most elemental definition it's a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey. No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed. On one hand it's a perfect outlet for those who think they "can't dance" because they were taught that to "know" how to dance is to move in a certain way. On the other hand, is a luscious playground for experienced dancers alike craving for a free space where they can let loose with their peers.

Ecstatic Dance is an environment without observers, judgements, posturing, attitudes, conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances, or smoke. A space where everyone can feel spontaneously safe to try new things and push their edges. This is the dance you dance when nobody is watching. Allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the "grace" or beauty of the dance, just getting lost in the dance into a space of no-mind. Don't worry, we have a social/vending area where you can catch up with your friends while you take a breath from the dance floor. We encourage you to dress up and have fun with it! Everyone is welcome!

Ben Tower's Bio:   I was raised in the beautiful PNW. My love and passion is deeply connected with vibrational arts, therapy sound, alchemical creations, producing music with-out borders, and a conduit of all global musical genres. For the better part of two decades, I have traveled all around the west coast playing and attending festivals, intimate venues, gatherings, clubs, ect. In all these settings, I have seen and felt the power of vibrational medicine.  It has been my desire to bring these Indigenous analog instruments and digital technology into the same space, to dance in harmony, and create a universal container for healing.

A vibrant and joyous hands on intuitive healer who is a conduit for wellness, mindfulness and awakening through reiki healing. "My journey began when I received Reiki opening a Lead by an open heart and a passion for connection, healing, and self love I discovered my own gifts of hands on healing. Stepping into these bestowed gifts by becoming attuned Reiki 3 in 2015. My work as a conduit for Reiki energy has been a blessing in so many ways, the most being able to fulfil my purpose this lifetime in sharing these gifts with hospice patients."
