You will be welcomed to community by being held in exactly who you are and supported by those in our container.

Opening our loving hearts with the lush warm drink of Cacao we will explore what it means to be an energetic being living a human life, ways to which you can become a more powerful lover, friend or even co-worker. We will breathe together to explore the energy in-motion within the self and deepening the well of compassion we are. Then soften into deep reflective relaxation with the cleansing sounds of Crystal Tones Singing bowls and the grounding Earth gong.
