Releasing and Realigning with your Inner Wisdom with Kerry Amann and Anne Cutler

Join us in nature under the Big tent for a special Women's day retreat!  We will begin to stop outsourcing our power and realign with our inner wisdom.  We will work with modalities and tools to connect to our inner knowing and remembering how powerful our personal wisdom truly is. There is a steady shift happening in the world toward realigning with our higher selves. It is beautiful and encouraging to see so many people harnessing their own power and coming back to themselves. However, even in this enlightened movement we can unknowingly outsource our power. It is our life's mission to help others remember their power and ability to guide and to heal themselves. 

This will be an expansive retreat where we release our habit to outsource our power and begin to focus our energy within remembering to call upon our inner wisdom. The day will be filled with focus on self and community alike as we deeply delve into tools often “prescribed” to us as necessary for doing healing work. It is true, these tools are valuable allies but think of them more like teachers rather than required. We will take a journey with these teachers exploring their healing energy as we explore the same powerful energy within ourselves.

 - Sound bath 

- breath work 

- yoga

 - plant/herbal allies 

- energy work 

- meditation

 - reflection 

You will feel revived, aligned, alive, and empowered by the journey we will take together as sisters of this healing circle. You will go home with some tools to use as you continue your healing path. 

Location:

Sacred Dwelling resides in the country-side in the beautiful Sky Valley between Duvall  and Monroe. The space is loved and well cared for. It will provide us with a natural setting to enjoy fresh air and nature. We will be sheltered and held by a large Marquees stretch tent as our sacred dwelling for the day along with a myriad of trails to explore.

Items to bring with you:

 - Yoga mat and bolster

 - Clothing that allows for movement 

- Comfort items such as extra blankets, socks, pillows or any other items to help you stay comfortable in meditation

 - Pen or pencil /journal

- Nourishing lunch and snacks

 - non-breakable water bottle

Kerry Amann:

Kerry works as a healing guide, supporting those that find her along their healing journeys. Kerry works with Earth medicine, the elements, animal medicine, herbal allies, sound, yoga, Reiki and more. She believes taking a Holistic approach to healing journeys and bringing nature and her gifts into that process can truly enhance the wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

Anne Cutler: 

Anne grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She is a certified yoga instructor and trained herbalist. Anne is a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner with a local private practice helping clients of all ages. One of her greatest passions is hospice work and supporting families during end of life transitions. It is her goal to help others develop the tools and awareness of knowing they are an integral part of their own wellness.
