About the Event

“Walking, I am listening to a deeper way. Suddenly all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands.”  ~ Linda Hogan, Native American Writer

Join us in the yurt surrounded by nature’s embrace for an ancestral heart journey. Come as you are to share and to explore in a sacred circle of candlelight. Chances are you will leave feeling held, connected, and uplifted by our collective energy and heart medicine.❤️

We are coming to an end with Fall’s abundance and gracious gifts. Autumnal Equinox marks the shift toward darkness as we prepare our inner and outer landscapes for winter’s muse. In many cultural traditions, it is the time of year to create celebratory rituals to connect with our ancestors and loved ones who have come before us and who have left this realm before our time. It is a magical liminal space where the veils are thin and uplifted. It is a place deep within our hearts where, our ancestors reside in the mandala of love.

This mysterious space is a time of harvesting infinite love through expressed honor and communion with our ancestors. It’s also an opportunity to ‘RE:Member’ ourselves and ‘remember’ the potent healing capacity of  our tender hearts. This co-created ceremony will bring to life that which may seem lost, incomplete, or absent by invoking our continued relationships and personal narratives through time. It will connect us with our innate resilience to cultivate peace and healing as we embrace death, loss, and ancestral grief on this Earthly plane. Love truly never dies.

“When our Hearts turn to our Ancestors, Something Changes inside of us”  ~ Russell M. Nelson

You will have the opportunity to:

-   Co-create a living altar in honor of our Ancestors, our loved ones, and ourselves. It is a beautiful vessel of love, expression, and communication. Objects,

photos, songs, poems, relics, etc. that carry meaning for you are welcome.

-   Explore somatic exercises. This practice encourages presence, heart opening, empowerment, and self-healing through our body’s innate wisdom to

transform through breath, sound, and movement. All levels are welcome.

 -  Explore and integrate the three R’s: Roots, Remembrance, and Realignment

-  Express honor and connection by creating an ‘ancestral prayer bundle’. Song and drumming will be joyfully infused.

-  Close our time together with some delicious snacks and reflection
