Plant Medicine Circle with Kerry Amann

There has always been a strong connection between us humans and the plant world.

The plants are always reaching out to us to support us along our journeys. Our time

together in this circle will be spent returning to the roots of how our plant allies can

offer us support in areas of body, mind, and spirit. 

We will honor the ways of our ancestors by coming together in circle and welcoming

 a number of plants to join us and share their medicine. I will guide you along and share

 how these specific plants work with us physiologically and energetically. Together we will use our senses to

learn about each plant using touch, taste, smell, vision, and even sound. You will

experience these herbs as tinctures, dried whole plant parts, tea, burning herbs, and

flower essences. 

Now is the time to remember we are nature rather than some

separate entity. Being nature as we are, it is time to return together and learn more

about our plant counterparts and honor their medicine. I look forward to seeing

you in circle.

Things we will do:

~ Group smudge offering clearing and honoring our sacred circle

 ~ Share a little about each of us

~ Pass around and share dry bulk herb samples and tinctures to taste

 ~ Burn herbs that are appropriate to do so

 ~ Discuss medicinal uses of each herb along with best delivery systems

~ Review spiritual support each herb can offer

~ Plants we will practice with: Lavender, Rose, Chamomile, Damiana,

   Cinnamon, Fennel, Schisandra, Thyme, Wood Betony, Sage, Sweetgrass, and

    more. (Not all herbs will be represented in every delivery system. For

   example, there may not be a dry bulk sample or there may not be a tincture

   sample.)

Kerry Amann:
