About the Event

We are approaching the Holiday season, which inevitably can resurface grief within ourselves

and the narratives that accompany its wild untamed nature.

Even though we desire the communal joy of The Holidays, it can pull heavily on our heart

strings as we feel into rising emotions such as loss, sadness, longing, isolation,

misunderstanding, and much more. Grief is a universal experience. You don’t have to suffer

and journey through it alone, especially during The Holidays.

“Communal grieving offers something that we cannot get when we grieve by ourselves. Through validation, acknowledgement and witnessing, communal grieving allows us to experience a level of healing that is deeply and profoundly freeing.” ~ Sobonfu Some

It is my heart’s desire that this creative deep dive will enter your heart and encourage you to

keep leaning in and to optimize the sacredness of grief in your personal journey through

expressive arts modalities that reach beyond words. We will co-create a life raft that will offer

you support, self-healing tools, and community. You may even find these resources and

techniques as a source of continued healing and upliftment moving forward.

This program is a six-week online creative grief support experience. The container will be a

maximum of 8 participants. The small group journey will keep our sacred circle intimate and

spacious each time we gather. We will meet once a week to connect, to share, to educate

ourselves, and to support one another as we navigate all that comes with The Holidays season.

What will you get out of this Creative Grief Support:

- A  safe space to openly and freely express your grief in a creative way
