Night of Remembrance with Kylee Gies

The holidays and the season of darkness can be an extra challenging time for those experiencing grief and loss. Join us in candlelight as we sit together in reflection on those we have lost. In our circle time together we will; move through guided meditation to provide grounding, engage with light movement to enhance heart-opening, and explore supportive connection through narrative. We will be creating a collective ‘bouquet of love’ in honor of our loved one(s) and our own healing journeys. 

You are invited to bring a special object(s) for the altar that reminds you of your person(s)/loss along with a photo(s) and a candle. Grief is a form of Love. Bring another in need and come as you are to share your Love! Chances are you will leave feeling held and uplifted by our collective remembrance.
