Join us for a community celebration on the longest day of the year- The Summer Solstice! We will explore the yang energy that symbolizes this celestial event by honoring action, brightness, warmth, and growth.
First, will embark on a guided meditation to create space for abundance and experience a rebirth. We will then awaken our inner sunshine with a nurturing sound bath, then emerge together feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored.
We will end our time together enjoying a simple suncatcher craftivity to memorialize our experience and to adorn our sacred space at home.
