About the Event

“It is through gratitude for the present moment that the spiritual dimension of life opens up.” --Eckhart Tolle

Living in Gratitude holds heightened awareness to acceptance of what is; separating our Self from our fantasies of the future and regrets of the past. On this Yoga, Nidra & Acupuncture Sound Journey, Camo will guide a deep chakra (energy center) based pranayama Yin yoga practice before moving your energy into the conscious relaxation of Yoga Nidra. No experience is required. Yin Yoga is very soft. Energy will flow freely using the healing art of Acupuncture from Master Practitioner Mariko Johnston, accompanied with Sound Healing to release tensions in the body, mind and spirit.

Acupuncture and vibrational sound healing are ancient forms of energy medicine. The

antenna-like needles of acupuncture combined with sound healing create an avenue to

channel healing vibrations throughout the body. Sound healing reaches the deepest

levels of our being. When we use sound healing and acupuncture, it adds another level

where we can reach. By cultivating this awareness of all aspects of your existence, you can intentionally loosen the layers of tension in the deeper spaces within and heal from all life’s afflictions.

Benefits of combining sound healing and acupuncture:

-Activates higher states of consciousness

-Promotes a deep meditative state

-Relieves anxiety and stress to induce complete relaxation

Please bring anything you may need for a comfortable Svasana (Laying down) and yogic sleep experience:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Sleeping Pad
  • Pillow
  • Blanket
  • Eye Mask
  • Water/Thermos for Tea
  • Journal

We look forward to this deep invitation to gratitude with you all!
