Life is always in a state of movement as we navigate personal and worldly circumstance. Nothing is permanent, including our identity, yet we so easily get trapped in our mind’s egoic narration of reality. This can cause us to miss the present moment and disconnect from the ‘flow’ of our vital life force, which is where peace and healing resides. In this light, befriending change becomes the antidote to our personal empowerment, transformation, and liberation. It creates a positive ripple effect for ourselves and the collective.
