We will begin in an opening circle together. It will be an opportunity for the group to meet each other, set intentions, and deepen our group connection. We will set the groundwork for the offering.
There will be a two hour free-form movement/ecstatic dance. In this time together, we will travel through music from all-over the world! My intention in this offering is to open and hold a safe container for you to be free in your self-expression and move your body without judgment. Movement is an extremely affective way to get rid of the sludge of the daily grind. We carry our stress, heavy burdens, stagnation, mental states, and so much more.
