The human condition is tragically beautiful! On one hand, being human can be so magical -- Full of life, joy, adventure, love, and connection with each other. On the other hand, the suffering can be unbearable with injustice, pain, trauma, adversity, and all that traverses in between the illusion of duality here on Earth.
We are witnessing very challenging times to say the least. The immensity of destructive forces and controversial affairs in our country, beyond borders, and on our planet makes the stomach turn with all the emotions. It can feel as if the darkness is upon us with systemic collapse, genocide, unconscious hateful people, etc. The laundry list is long indeed. In a culture that has advised, ‘don’t talk politics’ at work, at home, or among certain friend circles, it feels ‘right’…
