Come and join us in the yurt nestled in the woods for this powerful experiential workshop inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi a.k.a. ‘Golden Joinery’. Kintsugi exemplifies the spirit of ‘wabi-sabi’, which is a philosophy centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. Kintsugi is an ancient practice in which broken objects, usually ceramics, are mended with gold-dust lacquer. It reminds us that something can break and still be beautiful. Once repaired, it is stronger at the broken places. The cracks are where we are restored and renewed. Nothing is ever truly broken.
Throughout our journey of life, many of us are touched by adversity along with painful events, milestones, and threshold life opportunities that offer transformation.
