Autumnal Equinox is a milestone in Earth’s orbit around the sun. The Sun is exactly above the Earth's Equator while day and night are of approximate equal length everywhere across the globe for everyone! This time of year marks the end of summer and the onset of harvest festivals. The days get shorter, a morning chill arrives, and change permeates the air. It's a time to give thanks to the light and pay tribute to the coming darkness. Our inner amberous landscape is turning with nature's colorful foliage.
The Equinox embodies a time of balance and harmony. We will be honoring this balance and interaction of the light and the dark while welcoming the understanding and integration of our own inner life cycles to deepen as we consciously link our awareness to the Autumnal cycle of nature. In…
