Alchemy of Sound Presents A Yoga & Breath Retreat into Nature

Come and join us for this special day-retreat surrounded by nature on the beautiful land of Sacred Dwelling in the Sky River Valley outside of Monroe, WA. Hajera , Ryvre, and Brent  (Bios below)  will be offering a day full of vibration, movement, and sound for your healing intentions and restorative needs.

Cacao will be served as a heart opening medicine and prepare our bodies with yoga to Embark on a Breath and Sound Journey into the Self. Alchemy of Sound presents a healing breath medicine journey accompanied with sound and reiki.   We will be surrounded by the serene forest and natural elements while we commune underneath a large marquees stretch tent for shade.  There will be a shamanic sound bath accompanied by reiki with Hajera and Brent, with vocal sound healing elements, Drum, Crystal Singing bowls, Maracas, Bells, Didgeridoo, Tuning Forks, Guitar. Cacao and Reiki with Ryvre Marie Wonderment.

Light Snacks and Refreshments will be provided at the end of the day.

Practitioners' Bios:

Hajera Ahmed Is a Bhakti yogini, dedicated to healing and raising consciousness multidimensionally through breath, sound, and movement- devotional love and service.   She is an Initiated Shamanic Healing Practitioner through Columbian Shamanic Yachak Tradition and Earth based Shamanism, and Sufi Naqshabandi Dervish.  She teaches yoga, bodywork, and facilitates breathwork and meditation groups + ceremonies internationally.  Her Journey into Sound started in early life with Islamic and Indian practices which focus on using sound and dance for worship, community connection, and healing. She is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, Acudetox Specialist, Thai Massage Practitioner, Meridian Yoga Therapist, studied in folk and TCM herbalism.  She believes everyone has the capacity to heal themselves by connecting with their souls, and live in the Presence of Joy.  Through connecting to Nature and through riding the inner Sound current, we can connect to and live as our ascended master selves, and that Alchemy when shared is it's most potent.

Brent Carter grew up in the Seattle area and has been involved with music from a young age. He began playing the violin as a child and picked up the guitar along the way. Although involvement in orchestra came to a stop after 8 years of school, he carries on playing guitar and has incorporated it into Sound Therapy Sessions.  He does photography and videography for a living, specializing in the architecture and real estate markets.

Ryvre is a Certified Reiki Therapist & Spiritual LIfe Coach who works with breathwork, plant medicine, sound, and other healing modalities. She helps people connect back to themselves, and release blockages that they've been holding onto. She gives guidance on how to heal and move forward to live an authentic, fulfilling, magickal, and purposeful life.

What to Bring:

- Blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and a mug/cup for cacao.  

- A journal and pen in case you want to collect your insights and reflect afterwards

- Clothing to dress in layers. It's mid-August and we are at a slighty higher elevation

 - Extra Snacks if you need something throughout the day before our social hour/snacks at the end
