We are approaching the Holiday season, which inevitably can resurface grief within ourselves and the narratives that accompany its wild untamed nature. Even though we desire the communal joy of The Holidays, it can pull heavily on our heart strings as we feel into rising emotions such as loss, sadness, longing, conflict, isolation, misunderstanding, and much more. We don’t have to suffer and journey through it alone, especially during the Holidays.
